XB360 Problem on Raspi with both Amiga Emus

Hello folks,

I have a strange problem. Bought an XBox 360 Controller, because its said to have best support all around. Tested it with Bubble Bobble to play a bit with my kids.

Whenever I play, it tends to move to the left and over time to move upwards, so exact playing is not possible. I cnfigured it within emulationstation and already tried to set it to least responsiveness.
I tried to diasable the left pad in emulationstation, too, but seems like it didnt get changed in UAE4all and UAE4Arm.

Other Emus for SNes and NES work flawless :(

Anyone has an idea how to configure it right?

Edit: Using a preconfigured standard Retropie Image

Follow the instructions here. You can copy the file they are referring to from here rather than edit it if you want.

And if all this is too much, let me know and I will Zone the version I compiled which is fixed.:)

Many many thanks, everything works fine now and I am very happy. Didn't even have to compile anything because in newest build it already was there as I wanted to edit :)

Now time to fill it with more games. Old Competition pro was nicer than XBox Controller, but the look and feel still is really good.

I have USB Competition pros. They are "laggy" because the Interface is too slow ;)
My old Comp pros are way better used with an adaptor, but I use them mostly on PC. The Raspi should become an allround Emu and "playing around with Linux and Coding" machine and so far does its job very well.

And then I am getting old and the Comp pro makes the hands hurt after short time ;)

:lol

Exactly... I find xbox and ps3 controllers much easier on my hands, when playing, still would like to built arcade control for RPi.

RPi is fun, raspbian is preset for kids/coding every day use, and RetroPie is really worth package. There are few others, one of them supposed to work better on old RPi (1b).

Last night I tried Win3.11 emulation on RPi. Fun...
