Insert ADF file then untick the write protect.

Sorry, inserted updated information

If you ran DrawBridge diagnostics, what it shows? If WinUAE is able to write into disk, just ignore write protection checkmark.

Troubleshooting

Inserted disk is write protected. If it isn't, then check Arduino Pin A1

Diagnostics tells me that my disk is/not write protected, but it is. This is most likely a fault with the switches that detect the state of write protect on the drive. Some times these switches have corrosion inside and stop working, or work intermittently. They need cleaning with either contact cleaner or disassembling and cleaning by hand

In FloppyBridge mode write protection status comes from real floppy drive and GUI always shows write protection checkbox as disabled and write not allowed, which is not correct, it should show real RW status of disk inserted in FB drive (will be fixed in next version). This is only a visual bug and does not affect FB writing.

Then is there a different setting to access the RamDisk, because in image 3 shows 0k free, I thought it had something to do with the write protection, because back in the day when I owned a real A500, I would use the ram disk to hold information between floppy disk swaps.

Ram Disk is always 100% full. It grows and shrinks with its contents. You can copy files to it anyway.

So it works as a dynamic drive, not a static, that I did not know,

Yes. RAD drive, which survives resets, is static. It's not mounted by default though.
