Oh! Cool!
That one already exists:
http://www.amibay.com/showthread.php...d-CDTV-RAM-IDE
This has Oktagon/Oktapussy rom on board, so no need scsi.device Kickstart, nor OVR/INT2 wires...

This is only part of my way to achieving a new turbo card :) and this hardware is not likely to be mass-produced.

I see an oscillator on the card, how fast RAM is 25Mhz?

Yes, it will work just fine even at 50Mhz, since these SDRAM chip is running @166Mhz

put an 060 on it sweet

Was wondering... suppose you have this card, a CPU riser card and a 68030TK@50MHz with the 64MB addon board. I suppose this card is adding 8MB through ZORRO II bus. And the 64MB through ZORRO III bus. Putting the CPU riser card above the 8MB card (IDE off) instead of the original CPU and the 68030TK above the CPU riser card, would it total up to 72MB?

Wicher CDTV has 8MB SDRAM memory and IDE controller.

Soon it will be on sale.

Im courious, does JP15 need to be open in order to boot from IDE?

You do not need to disconnect the Extended ROM to run the IDE controller. It is necessary to have the best KICKSTART 3.1

When will it arrive to reseller shops?

I still don't find it and also on your web page details on the product are still missing :rolleyes

utri007 12 June 2019 22:36

Any plans for a CDTV compatiable accelerator?

What is a status of SPI controller?

RoC 12 June 2019 23:14

Same question here. Waiting to buy the CDTV one, which is said to be capable to overcome the booting constraint.

The first batch of WicherCDTV has been sent to first reseller (it should arrive within a maximum of 1.5 weeks).
When I receive confirmation from the reseller, I will put information on my Website.

As for the SPI controller for the Clock port, the final work on the basic driver package is in progress.

My development kit consists of a De0-Nano and a board that matches signals to the MC68000 processor socket.
Now the 68000 softcore is clocked at 7MHz and DiagROM can be run without problems.

Interesting. The smaller chips are for level shifting, I reckon, but what is the CPLD for?
