ftp server - issue registering an account

Tried to register an account on ftp server, but I haven't been active for a year or two. So I just drop a message here, hope it's okey.
How active must I be in the forums to be able to register an account? Don't worry, I will not spam or post any new strange topic :-)

As you've just posted now and have over 50 posts, you qualify:
