Amiga Audio/Visual

Hi,

I have been writing music with ProTracker and making animations with Deluxe Paint. I would love to combine the two!

How would one go about this?

Some kind of tracker that allows you to write animations for the length of a pattern in the tracker would be great.

Maybe I am missing something vital as I know this was common in the Demoscene.

Thank you! :bowdown

Are you using this personally - If so, what system?

68020 Processor is needed apparently. I didn't mention I was using an A600 with a 68000 processor, sorry.

I'm not an artist so, no, I'm not personally using this one. Also, I didn't realize you needed it to work on an A600.

If you have a player routine that uses the video blank interrupt to do its updates, the amount of time it takes for the module player update will be tied to the frame rate of the graphics display. A major tempo of 6 means it will update a line every 6 frames.

There are lots of programs that were used to play animations with music on an A500. Can't remember any names now as it has been years (decades even :)) but search further on Aminet and you will find some.

Alright cheers. I will be able to use AnimatED once the A600 has been accelerated. Regardless, I will have a root around Aminet also.

I've Acquired an AmiGen Genlock recently so I have a few learning curves to overcome.
-Syncing .mods to animation
-Mixing video input with the Amiga
-Recording the piece to VHS

The A600 is a beautiful machine! :spin
