Help!! Who made this demo ???
 

Hey guys,

I remember a demo, called "Wild Thing" featuring a bit of the guitar riff from said song and in which the hat of Spirou played a role as well.... I don't remember more unfortunately, and as I'd like to revisit that memory of mine from the Amiga, I hope you guys can help me out :)

I have a request about a tune I heard on Amiga, not sure if it's a cracktro, demo or whatever, all I remember is a bass line that sounded a bit like the Happy Mondays / Madchester type of riff with a sample from Blackadder "how much do you charge for a good hard sh*g?" and voices shouting "M !!"

Can anyone name this one?

@ppil I don't recognise that screen dump... as far as I remember it was not that special in terms of technical stuff, I just happen to like the riff and am a Spirou fan hehe :)

This demo (a 40k intro to be exact) is called Wild Thing so I though it might be it. I'm no scene expert I'm afraid :(

Can you at least throw me a clue as to where to find it? It's been doing my head in for ages....

I can even remember the riff from it...for the muso's out there who can plug this into a tracker or mod player to hear what I'm on about....

C C C Eb F F Eb F E C Bb with the rhythm dum dum daa, dum dum daa, dum dum dum dum dum and it just repeated this riff on a loop, with the samples played over it at the beginning....I could almost recreate the bloody thing myself.....not quite the point though.....

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH !!!!!!!!

Talk about "I know a song that will get on your nerves...???"

EDIT: FOUND IT!!! It's called Get_Down_Em.mod by Anchoret and one of the guys on Amiga.org nailed it for me...
