Howto compile AGS2 from GitHub?

I would like to start using the newest available Arcade Game Selector 2 from GitHub, https://github.com/MagerValp/ArcadeGameSelector. The newest official release is from 2020-April-14, so quite old as it seems to have got recent new functionalities with slideshow, within the last 16 days. So I assume I should compile this myself on Amiga... but I am for sure no expert in how to doi this? :-)

Can anyone help with some help on how to do that?

Install an E compiler. Install Make. Type Make from inside the folder where the makefile is located.

Sounds doable but can you by any chance refer to any packages on Aminet? What works for this? :-)

I could ask differently - is there anywhere I can download a compiled version of the source, except for the old release form 2020?
