Red - Fire
Green - Toggle area co-ordinate display on/off (maps to C)
Play - Pause
Blue - Refuel (maps to R)
Reverse+Green - Select Weapon Mode 1
Reverse+Yellow - Select Weapon Mode 2
Forward+Green - Select Weapon Mode 3
Forward+Yellow - Select Weapon Mode 4
Forward+Reverse+Red - Abort Game
Play+Forward+Reverse - Quit

Title & Game Over Screen
Blue - Spacebar - Start Game
Green - Return - Return to title screen
Yellow - F10 - Display High Scores
Reverse - S - Save High Scores
- Custom=<NAME> - Name used for the high score table when fire or return
is pressed and nothing else is entered. The length of the name cannot be
longer than 10 characters. Legal values are A-Z, space and 0-9. If
you enter a name longer than 10 characters then only the 1st 10 characters
will be used. If you enter an invalid character it will be replaced with
a space. The name is case insensitive.
