Rogue WHDLoad issues
 

So I found myself somewhat addicted to this great old game, but are having issues with the whd version.

Save game works, but from what I can tell if you die - your save file is wiped and it's impossible to reload. (Not sure if this is how it's supposed to be or not.)

Sometimes the save file seems to disappear without any reason at all.
Also a nasty bug where at some stage through the game (usually after naming an item), the 'about' screen appears over and over again on an endless loop. If you press RMB in between these screens the game freezes.

In my last game, the above 'about' screen bug happened and my save file become corrupt, where I could still restore the game - but it was impossible to overwrite it.

AFAIK there is no SPS release so I installed off the uncracked TOSEC image.. not sure if this is the problem.
