Show Your Amigas: AmigaMapPing, Amiga client for Amigamap

Maw2k develops and maintains AmigaMap, a database and a map for all Amigas out there... if you've not yet registered all your Amigas, now is the time! :)



With AmigaMapPing, AmigaMap becomes dynamic and displays in real-time connected Amigas (registered or not into AmigaMap)... A must-have commodity in your WBStartup! :D

I changed the title a little bit as I believe the focus of the thread is the availability of AmigaMapPing.

Do we need to use any tooltypes on that tool or just drop it in WB startup. I registered mine but I don’t see it online. Am I doing smg wrong?

Will also get this running if my XSurf ever arrives (Brexit and UPS issues lol)

If you want it to show your details, you need to edit the tooltypes to have the relevant ID of your registered machine. You can find this ID in your list of registered machines on the map settings page

@npagonis73, AmigaMapPing can work "directly" but will show your Amiga(s) based on GeoIP of your IP, if you don't give any ID in the tool type.

As @indigolemon said, you can fill the ID too type with the ID given to your Amiga by AmigaMap :)

Thanks a lot for your help on that. Did put it in my WbStartup and in the tooltypes i gave my ID and Location=GOEIP.

If i go to live map i still dont see my amiga in Corfu Greece or anywhere else.
