Finish the new "Circle" App Icons Set DualPNG, there are about 1200 of them, and they can be installed with one click in seconds.
The installer will replace all system and third-party App icons, and nothing will have changed, the installed icons will have the same topics in the tooltypes. , With this AROS One will have 6 "Disk" Icon Sets, 4 "Folder" Icon Sets and 2 "APP" Icon Sets. https://eab.abime.net/attachment.php...5&d=1682090323 |

Created 4 Skins for AROSAmp, also made some changes on size, song lyrics were coming out of the predetermined range.
I hope the development will be continued, AROSAmp is a great tool for listening to an MP3 Playlist. The Skins are changed manually, in this Alpha version the "change skins" function is not acurrently enabled, but on AROS One I will create scripts so that AROSAmp will start with the preferred Skin. https://eab.abime.net/attachment.php...1&d=1685431721 |
Completed the Skins set for AROSAmp for AROS One x86 (all created by hand), there are 12 new Skins, one of which is Lite (see attached video).
Also I managed to correct the graphical artifacts, now the GUIs look perfect, in the video you can see the 12 new Skins loaded all at the same time, plus the 3 default Skins. AROSAmp, although it is an alpha version, is very stable, only the exit gadget and the Skin change (not implemented) do not work, you can still exit the Menu and change the Skins from the scripts I created (see video). PlayList and preference program works well. AROSAmp Video Tutorial: https://youtu.be/vgY3j8tTdz8 |
Finished the scripts to change Backgrounds and Buttons on MPlayer, I attach small comprehensive video Tutorial on how to do the Themes change.
I add that any Background and Button you choose will be saved as default prefs ! https://youtu.be/FaDRwnKkW3U |
As for the other Themes, created a small video Tutorial showing how to change the Theme Buttons on OWB, in the video will be visible all available Themes :)
https://youtu.be/2ZkvuK1-7eg |
Small video showing how to change the Theme on BoingIconBar (new version), which you can now do without Restart the operating system.
You will find this new feature on the Prossomo AROS One v2.1. As shown by attached video you will be able to change the backgrounds or delete it altogether. https://youtu.be/PgqvM8KAvSQ |
Dumb q but how compatible is this supposed to be with 68k Amiga software? I tried running some things from Aminet and didn't have much luck. I admit I'm pretty ignorant to Aros x86 in general.
|
Don't be confused, on AROS 68k you can run OS3.0/3.1 software directly when the software is supported.
With AROS x86 to run OS3 software you have to use JanusUAE Emulation (recommended) or E-UAE. |
AmiStart: Change Buttons and Sizes on the fly by simply clicking the icon, Changing also allows automatic saving of the chosen theme, also the background color will change and adapt based on the color of the Wanderer background used, I attach small comprehensive video.

Also released is a new version of filesysbox.library V54.4 for OS3 and AROS x86, now you can unmount and remount the same shared folder, also works on virtual machines like VMware. This will allow those using Windows shares to disconnect "expired" shares after 15 minutes !!! On AROS One created special Script that DisMount and Mount the "disconnected" connection (see screenshot) As a matter of security Windows systems disable network shares after 15 minutes, this disassembly procedure avoids changing this Windows feature. |

Created the Datatypes Descriptor for "Bitmap Fonts" and "TrueType Fonts", in the next AROS One x86 all the mentioned Fonts will have an Icon (def_Font, def_TTF) with the Fonts display tool.
Also directories including Fonts now have an Icon, this will speed up Fonts browsing, I would say a nice update, until yesterday no AROS Application could show "Bitmap Fonts" and "TrueType Fonts" through an Icon. I attach screenshot showing the Icons associated with "Bitmap Fonts", "TrueType Fonts" and Fonts Directories. https://eab.abime.net/attachment.php...1&d=1688593382 |

New look of ZuneARC buttons for the next version of AROS Obe x86. Now on AROS One x86 there are 5 button themes to choose from, the new images are in a circular frame in the style of the new AROS One icons. To install the new Buttons just run the respective icon, immediately ZuneARC will open with the chosen theme, and it will be saved as the default theme. |
having another go with this, quickly tried/installed using KDE Boxes on linux, AROS installs perfectly along with my various other VM's but for some reason i have to figure out why keyboard input isnt working on my AROS install, mouse/etc works perfectly but keyboard aint typing a thing atm so ive probably messed something up somewhere.

Strange never had this problem with Virtual Machine, as Guest did you try to choose "Other" and then hand add USB 1.1, RAM !
|
im using KDE Boxes which is quite new to me, ill probabably have to scout around and find out what needs doing, my other VM's such as Android X86, and a few other Ubuntu VM's all work fine, its only my AROS VM thats having issues with no keyboard input, bound to be an option....somewhere, just have to find it, starting to look like i need to manually edit a config file.
