How to install hard disc.

Hello.
As the topic says, I have problems with State Saving in winuae (0.)8.23.
When i'm trying to save the state, it simply stops working, and I have to reset. Actually I need it for one cool & hard game AoMD(Download). If someone could tell me which version of winuae I should use, and send me a good configuration which allow me saving, I will be most grateful.
Besides I tried saving in older version. It worked, but only 3-5 times, then...

Thanks.

I haven't tried this game and don't know why it doesn't work but I suggest that you use the newest WinUAE version (0.9.92). It's much better in every way (maybe it's a little bit slower).

are you playing with adfs of the games or by emulating an harddrive? in the second case you will not have any working savegame or even winuae will crash: savestates ae not supported when hd is emulated as the memory adresses are floating (at least i think this is the reason, i'm tech-proof :)) if this is not the case, just download the latest version ofwinuae

Ok. Game works cool. It was good idea to use the newest winuae;). Thanks.

But now I have another problem. How to install (And where I can download) Hard disc?

Besides, when I'm trying to run a Crystal Dragon i have a message:
IMPORTANT:AMIGA v1.3 users :-
Please boot your workbench disk first an then insert Crystal Dragon disk CDI in any drive

What is that "workbench disk" and where I can find it?
