Assembler Sprites Tutorials
Just found this
https://www.angelfire.com/planet/red.../bullfrog.html It is can real pain when using Devpac 3 as keep crashing for some reason as I don't know how to increase the stacksize(weather it is the code or WinAue) AMS One? For some people seem think Asm One is better than Devpac.... |
the third line:
Code:
movem.l _GFXBase,a6 That's an old site which I forgot the password too. You can download the coverdisk from amr.abime.net. The coverdisk on amr.abime.net has tutorial2 unpacked on the devpac disk, if you want an untouched tutorial 01 devpac disk, it is best to get it from the ftp server. That tutorial was aimed at 68k K1.3 users, even though it was end of 1992 when the A1200 was released Are you running this on a Kickstart 2+/68010+ machine? |
you can download the coverdisk with the bullfrog tutorial from here:
http://amr.abime.net/coverdisk_index_4 http://amr.rumpigs.net/amiga_format_...1992_12_d2.zip and previous (Magazins 39 to 41) unzip the file: and copy all files from disk to any folder of your harddrive copy df0: to dh1: all there is now a directory Bullfrogs inside change to this directory and open Devpac dh1:/Bullfrogs>genam2 now Load "demo.s" Program/Assemble (Output to Memory) and Assemble Pass1/Pass2/ 0 Errors Program/Run you can move the sprite with the joystick exit with q (thats the way that I'm went.) |
