High Seas Trader

Okay... I have HST (thnks to TOSEC ;) ) but it's on 4 diskettes.... which means, on the Amiga, I'll ahve to create the diskettes (as in, copy the image back to diskette). Problem is, all my diskettes seems to be rotten.

I've tried using FHS to write the adf-images onto, but the isntaller itself seems to insist on the next diskette being in the same "drive" as the first one, so I can't just write them to HFS0:, HFS1: HFS2: and HFS3: and install from there.

I tried to LeftAmiga-M out to write the next image to HFS0: but that didn't work :(

Any suggestions? (apart from WHDLoad, that is.... haven't tried that yet, besides, the TOSEC images aren't always completely original :sad )

Okays.... I've figured a way around it:

First, install to HD under WinUAE (it helps if the Amiga "HD" is in a Windows drawer, strange enough)
Then use Amige Explorer and copy the install to the real Amiga
Enjoy the game natively ^^

i have this game as original, tell me if imaging as ADF is required.

What exactly is wrong with using WHDLoad?

? don't know, was just proposing my original disks images....

Rabbit: Nothing wrong as per se, it's jsut if I can't get the floppies/fhm to work, then WHDLoad is kinda completely useless for the purpose.

And I've already got it working on the Amiga anyroads... read my second post about how ;)
