Alien Breed only came as an OCS/ECS version

Did you actually download the one from the site or presume it was the same as they both say 1.3?

yes i have exacly the version 1.3 from that site...

Well the 1.3 only refers to the slave, not the game itself.

Illegal instructions are usually caused by disk images which are incompatible with the slave.

Try downloading it and trying it, the data files are probably different to your non-working version.
