GOTEK is awesome. I bought 3.1.4 with physical disks and one of the disks had corrupt data even though it was brand new. The Gotek and ADF's saved me from frustration.

And i would add that HxC flashed Goteks are registered : You can reprogram the bootloader on these Goteks without the need of additional license. |

Any chance HxC can close/kill all open windows when it exits? E.g. If I launch HxC, load an IPF or RAW Streams then open the Track Analyzer but then close HxC itself, the Track Analyzer window stays open!

Another issue, seems HxC has difficulty reading stream files created with an older version of dtc. Have some dumps of Amiga Format Coverdisks I did back in 2012 with dtc v2.10 (the stream files show a header saying 2.10n) and this is what I get for Coverdisk 1:
https://i.ibb.co/6ZyPYnp/Disk.jpg I get a similar view for Coverdisk 2 as well! Exporting to ADF in HxC gives a corrupt ADF, exporting the same streams with dtc itself or Keir Frasers disk-utilities creates a working ADF! I don't seem to have the version of dtc I dumped those disks with but did have v2.20 to create the ADF so they seem to be valid stream files if dtc & disk-utilities process them correctly, so what could be the reason HxC does not like these particular stream files? |
Anyone had any success with the OSD version on a 1200?
I'd like to find out how to wire it up... |
