The only rounds you are allowed to vote for previously-played games are the open rounds which are rounds 2, 6, 10 and 14. And even then you can vote for games we haven't played yet if you want to.

if the games was played in the league before, cancel the second and take the first never played game.

ps: there is just one game ? if yes, why not choose 2 if the 1st is played yet before ? the 1st never played should be choosen to.
