Ok, I followed your advice and tried it with Steem. Both joysticks on the adapter seem to be working perfectly. I had a nice time playing Rick Dangerous once again. But that doesn´t make the stick work with WinUAE and CCs64. I don´t think that this is an emulator specific problem as there are other folks who have their controllers working.

Well, I think I had some issues but it has to do with setting up the emulator. I have to check my config files in winUAE when I get back home. I think I revert joysticks or something can't remember. The config in STeem kicks ass! :)

Hi again,
I solved my little button problem regarding WinUAE myself.
It was a configuration fault. When you take a look into the "Input" category in WinUAE you will find "Compatibility Mode" and "LPTx: Amiga 4 Player Joystick y" predefined when you have that adapter configured with ppjoy. When you change from compatibility mode to any other configuration you will have the option to change input sources for every axis and button of the selected stick.
All I did was changing the predefined values for both axes and the button from "Joy1 horizontal / vertical" and "Joy1 fire / Mouse1 Left Button" to any other value and then back to the previous values.
I repeated this procedure for the other joystick connected to lpt1. From then on both joysticks worked perfectly with WinUAE.
This one seemed to be some kind of "init the driver"-problem. And exactly that was what I meant when I talked about a software loose contact (ok, the wording is weird :) ). Now I´ll go and see what I can do about CCS64. Thanks for your efforts anyway!
