Hogs of war wasn't PSX only. I've seen PC versions for sale. But for some reason it didn't really look like any fun.

If I actually want to play an artillery game in 3D I'll go with scorched 3D. It's freeware, it offers quite good graphics and random levels, it supports LAN game and you don't have to aim in first person.

I bought it for approx. £4 a while ago. It's kind of fun, but nowhere near as good as Worms. Still, it was worth the money.

I've got worms 3D - and it basically is worms 2D in 3D (if that makes any sense) - it still has the same atmosphere and I was playing it for about 3 hours the other night! It all looks familiar, plays the same and with my PS2 pad connected to the PC, the control is nigh on perfect.

Hogs of war has a very similar premise and I've still got it installed on my PC as it is a brilliant multiplayer game. It had a few complaints about being installed with WinXP but I soon taught it a lesson and now runs flawlessly.
