Personal things first. Also, compiling this game pack is hard, eveything could go wrong. Better wait. ;)

DamienD 12 August 2019 01:35

Cheers my friends ;)

...and yeah, everything could go wrong if I rush; which is why I'm proposing an "interim" update.

I currently know where I'm at; which you guys haven't seen publically :agree

It's just that I have a lot of stuff already built up; without many new games added so... would like to clear my plate, otherwise it won't be until October and things will get more difficult when following the Amiga scene :sad

Do as you feel comfortable with, but as we said we can wait. Whatever is easier/convenient for you.

shuttlepilot 12 August 2019 16:43

@DamienD

Sort out the real world stuff first mate ... the updates can wait :)

Gzegzolka 12 August 2019 19:07

Yes, real life first, hobby can wait :)

SteveMoody 12 August 2019 20:30

I agree with everyone saying wait, i don't think I've managed to play even a tenth of the collection yet so not in any huge rush for another update

qupe 12 August 2019 22:02

You're real life bits are priority Damien. We are all more than happy to wait.

sardines 14 August 2019 01:42

I second enigma776's sentiments - whatever makes it easier for you will be fine. Plenty to mess around with so as it is~!

Ok, have decided to do an "interim" update as I have 10 x new games ready and quite a few changes to other things that have occurred since Update Pack #23...

Working on this now; might be released tonight or tomorrow depending on how long it takes to put everything together and then upload.

stobros 23 August 2019 08:17

Your real personal life is way much more important than all of the updates here, DamienD. I already thank you for such a great effort - noone has ever dared to attempt in that community, much appreciated!

Best,
Goran.

The second part will follow whenever I get some free time, but this could be a month or so away...

This now brings the total number of games in my collection to 2770 :great

Anyway, it's uploading (1.39GB) as I typed this and PMs will be sent out later tonight or tomorrow morning ;)

* this is the first time that I've included .HDFs not completely created by me. wairnair created these, I just modified them to suit my needs.
** MAC emulation is a little flakey; especially with "Prince of Persia 2".
*** I've included the manuals in the <gamedir> to get past the protection screens. I've also provided "SaveStates" after successfully getting past the protection.
