WinUAE v0.8.21R3 on Win-DOHS 2000
Is the WinUAE version listed in the subject supposed to work on Windows 2000 with Service Pack 2 installed??
On mine, it produces a "Program error" window that says "winuae.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log is being created." This happens when starting the program up for the first time and clicking the "Yes" button to detect the display hardware. |

This is a bug in 0.8.21R3 as stated on http://www.winuae.net, but there´s a way around this
![]() [snip] Workaround for 0821R3's "16-bit detect crash": Cancel the dialog and click "Detect 16-bit Pixel Format" from display tab. [/snip]
