Blizzard SCSI Kit IV / DCE, Phase5
Hi everyone,
What is the difference between the Blizzard SCSI kit IV from "Phase5" and the kit from "DCE by Phase5" in terms of build quality/reliability? I noticed that de DCE version does not have a socketed BIOS, is it safe to assume it has v8.5 on there or am I totally wrong on this one? I have an eprom burner so upgrading the Phase5 to v8.5 won't be a problem, but the DCE bios will have to be desoldered and socketed. Thank you for your time. |
