A1200 HD problems

Hello to all!
Im new to EAB, but an old Amiga user.

And the problem:

My A1200 holds inside kickstart 3.0 but thanks to blizzmagic and the blizzard accelerator i can boot with 3.1 roms and have installed OS 3.9

My hard drive (2.5 GB IDE) was partitioned in 3 disks (workbench work and STorage) but before install the new OS i just deleted the last partition and leave only 2 (workbench and work). Of course the 2 partitions takes all the space in the drive, and the workbench partition as leaved intact so no need to reformat.

But now when i try to copy anithing between disks a message alerts me "maybe the disk has not enough space, copy anyway?" i just answer yes and all seems OK, but im worried about this. Quarterback tools says all is OK, the two partitions ran perfect and the OS reports available/used space correctly.

Some ideas?

Which program do you use to copy ? Maybe this program cannot handle more than 2GB of free space. No need to worry.

I use mostly directory opus 4 (the last version available in aminet) but this happens when dragg icons in workbench betwen disks. the case is, before the re-structuration of the drive, all was OK. Well let´s see..
