Stuck Behind the Iron Gate
Not long ago there was a thread roughly about Amiga FPS. I was introduced to a great game called Behind the Iron Gate, which I have really become addicted to.
However, I don't know how to finish the first level! At the end there is what looks like a reactor and an exit door. At first I though it was like Descent, where you have to blow up the reactor and reach the exit before the whole place self destructs, but shooting the reactor in BTIG only kills you!If you "activate" the reactor, it kind of starts a count down- but when I reach the exit door (clearly marked EXIT ) it won't open, whatever I do!Can anyone help me? |

You might need a key to open the exit.

From what I remember from playing the Amiga Power demo of this Doom clone.... I think you need to free BOTH hands before you can successfully open the exit.

Marz is probably right - you need to take one hand off your bottle of beer and the other off your doughnut. Then use your Amiga keyboard with both hands.

Yeah, from what I remember from playing the demo though, the later levels can become more of a chore to complete.
I think that later on the bomb and the exit get seperated far away from each other, meaning you have to wander around the maze like mad searching for the exit before the place blows to kingdom come! ![]() So, I never really completed the demo... |
