New Game : Father Christmas vs Dinosaurs
Written for my son, who wanted dinosaurs for Christmas. Help Father Christmas capture some in gift boxes.
Score=500, 2 dinosaurs on screen + extra life Score=1000, 3 dinosaurs on screen + extra life Full source included; I'm keen to see whether anyone does anything with it. I know the graphics are terrible - I'm a rocket scientist, not an artist, but hopefully the game is enjoyable nevertheless.  There are occasionally glitches with the way the boxes are thrown, I dunno why. Tip : to get the pterodactyls, press up+r or up+l, to fire "up" Thanks to many EAB members for answering many Blitz2 questions, especially Shatterhand and Daedalus. Lots of thanks in the source. nb. I didn't make the music or the sounds. Credits given appropriately on the disk. -------------------- Edited to add: should work on a standard OCS 512k+512k A500, but will use more Chip mem if available to play a few more sounds. Roar! I was looking at putting this on a 2018 CD32 homebrew collection but it seems to quit straight out when I copy the contents of the floppy straight to an HDD - any ideas what I might be doing wrong?
If possible, are you able to provide a ZIP or LHA of a hard drive install of the game? Thanks in advance. |

Weird, it should just be a case of copying everything out (including the folders Graphics Music and Sounds). I'm not clever enough to have done anything special with the disk!
I'll knock up an lha for you. |
