strange dialog box

while playing crazy cars II sometimes attached dialogbox appears. what is this?
although message says, that it won't be displayed again - it is displayed again.

Game wants to save data in non standard way, obviously.
You need to create custom ADF. In "Floppy Drives" configuration are 2 buttons. Use one for creating custom disk. ADF image will appear as first item in drop down lists of all floppy drives.

It won't be displayed again in same session. Write protect the disk or use custom floppy (as was already replied) if you want to get rid of the message.
