Higher-resolution on-screen LEDs

I'm sure I read a solution to this once here, but I couldn't find it.

I'm now running a -very- high-resolution laptop, which can run WinUAE with ease at "native" (soft-scaled) resolutions...but the on-screen LEDs/OSD is so tiny you can't even read it with a magnifying glass. =)

I thought I saw something from Toni once about an undocumented config entry to scale it up...am I imagining this?
