Can't remap controls in Game ports

Hi all!

New to the forum, so sorry if this is a dumb question. I did search through the forums before posing the question.

I've used WinUAE in the past, but I just changed to version 3.3. I'm trying to change my controller buttons in "Game ports." I click on the "Remap / Test" button, and get to the Input Remap screen. However, "Add," "Remap," "Delete," and "Delete all" are all greyed out. My only options are to "Test" or "Exit."

I've tried everything, but have no idea why I have no option to remap my controls. Anyone have any insight? I'm sure it's something stupid I'm missing.

Select Custom 1: to Custom 6: instead of your joystick/pad in the "Game ports" tab.

Ohhhhh... I see what the problem was. I had it set to my XBOX controller rather than "Custom." I was right - that was stupid. Thanks retro-nerd!

Note that "Custom"-slots are new feature, previously normal game controller entry was customizable. It was changed to allow multiple custom configurations.
