Unhappy Sound Way too fast!

Need a little help if someone could oblige

I have been reading alot of threads here on
ways to get vsync to work ok. Managed it ok
but now the audio is to fast. I have selected
'maintain chip set timings' and the 'A500' mode
but still no joy

Could someone please tell me how to got the
audio running at the right speed? Have checked
the settings and everything seems fine.

Incidentally, why is it i cannot select vsync until
the game is running (pressing F12 to turn it on)???

Please Help if you can. Or, please post your config

Turn vsync off, I never use it.

This will fix the problem.

vsync only works with 50 or 100 Hz setting.
