Best way to take 1:1 native resolution screengrabs

I want to take 1:1 native amiga resolutions screengrabs.

I set the the host video to 320x256 and the game runs in that, but when I F12 and save screenshot, the resolution of the pic is much higher.

Not sure what I need to do.

Untick "Take screenshot before filtering".

Or tick it and set Display panel to lores resolution, no doubling to get 1:1 screenshot.

Thank you. Is setting the resolution to 320x256 a necessary step?
