more info:

we can not see any hoax on the composition of the top and bottom layer of the Blizzard 1260 Amiga Accelerator cards with their respective pads, through holes and connection pins done like here by its own PCB layout program. This proofs that the cards are not a Phantom and are ready to be produced right now. Of course we have not showed any vias and deeper Layers for safety reasons. This is a very serious proceeding and all people of any Amiga Forums are welcome to contact us directly, before inventing any false Stories without any confirmed information. The new phase 5 digital products UG was build up completely new on March 2016 with all the permisions needed for selling officialy and legaly electronic devices, like the WEEE Number (recieved in August 2016), offices, tax numbers and much more things. This is an ongoing procedure since 1 year with a hughe amount of hard work and for obvious reasons we waited before going public. We already recieved the first parts for assembling cards. So you can consider it like a restarted new phase 5 company, but with an expanded product portfolio, including some other fine Amiga Expansions. bplan is a great engineering company for the development of electronic devices, but is at the moment not involved. Behind the new phase 5 digital products UG company is a former employee of the old phase 5 digital products GbR company together with a well known european leading PCB manufacturer with a Master Supply Agreement signed back in February 2016 and a very professional PCB assembly Partner in Germany. More details upon press release. Thank you for your attention.

I could do with a new Blizzard

i posted this also on other forums, some people get mad and say why spread rumours..they think it is a hoax, for what i see and hear now they appear to have real intentions to bring new products, but after all seeing is believing in amiga land...to many vapourware

im also aming to get a v1200 vampire, but i think its a good thing to have a choice of vendors in amigaland.

this guy from the old chatlogs seem te be behind the new phase 5 company:

There was an half official press realese from Phase5 made by this guy between 1999 and 2002
http://www.amiga-news.de/de/news/AN-...-00294-DE.html

Here is a chat from him during his time with BPlan

No serious company would use Facebook as their official homepage.

Don't get me wrong, I would be happy to buy their product, but not if it means signing up to FB to read their latest news.

There is a website (http://www.p-5.eu) but it's just a single page at the moment which looks to be a placeholder for now.

I'm not going to dismiss it at the moment, I'll reserve judgement until more information is available.

my feelings exactly.
(also can't you already play Doom on a 060 running Fusion? I play 68k doom on my G5 because it's the best)

Anyway would be good to add more stuff to the Amiga Vapourware list to be honest

I really really wouldn't mind a new production run of Blizzard 1260s and scsi kits. It's a very nice CPU card and mine will be buried with me to stop it from falling into the wrong hands. :-D

Great if it's real, but I think every Amiga user is utterly fed up of promises of Great New Things that fail to deliver, with notable exceptions such as from Jens and the Vampire team.

I do not think this is the right approach to launch something to the Amiga community in this day and age.

I hope they prove me wrong, but I won't be putting any faith in this until I see evidence.

Wasn't there rumours the original files/schematics were lost or that they would be released for $250,000?

I just wonder what would be a nice price for a new B1260. 400€?
