Compiling WinUAE - Windows DDK files?

I'm attempting to compile WinUAE. My first problem is that it needs some Windows DDK (Driver Development Kit?) files, but these are no longer available for download on Microsoft's website.

Does anyone have them, or know where to download them? I have tried searching, but no luck (and I know that I can get them if I send money to Microsoft, but I'm looking for an answer besides that..;)

thanks in advance

Unfortunately required DDK files are only available from MS. Fortunately I downloaded them before they disappeared..
(but I also bought new DDK-CD which took 4 WEEKS to arrive!)

DDK files are only needed for CDROM/harddrive support. Maybe I'll add simple switch that disables source files that need DDK to future WinUAE source tree.
