Found a lot of rj11 to usb adapters. Would that work?
What are those used for? They must reasonably contain an RS232 USB chip and use the same pinout as the communicator on the RJ11 side to work. Also see my answer to nujack.

Patrick it an rj11 and only tx rx pluS and minus are wired which seems enough

I think we edited around eachother . I think there is like 0 chance the USB to RJ11 will work as they don't even talk about RS232 on that page. And it must be a usb->serial/rs232 adapter of some kind to work with the communicator as the rj11 connector connector on the communicator is a serial/rs232 port (but with non-standard connector and unknown pinout).

That hardware is a waste of time to connect the CD32 to a modern PC.
The CD32 original TTL serial port is compatible with the majority of USB to serial adapters,
where a proper RS232 serial port that other Amigas have isn’t.

Sending the data takes a long time over serial, but yes the whole lot works.
Bearing in mind the CD32 has little RAM, and the terminal program running on the CD32 consumes some of it,
then you have to download a file to it’s RAM disk, then run it.
On the WinUAE side you could give the CD32 more RAM, but a bit harder on the real hardware.

xArtx: so I should cancel my order then?

I would like to use it to send my compiled small program (<100k) to the CD32, not the other way round.
Well it could be useful to dump NVM, but not in my case.

BTW, what about using MIDI ports to send/recieve data? At least this is standard and I have USB2Midi adapter. But I think no software is designed to transfer files using that channel.

Cancel order for the USB serial dongle?
To be sure the USB dongle is TTL you could get this:
https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/291751016065
and you only need to connect 3 wires between it
and a 6 pin mini DIN to have a CD32 to PC serial cable.
It's the same thing used to flash Gotek drives.
Most of the USB dongles are TTL anyway,
There might be the odd one that is really the old school RS232.
Mind you, they all call themselves RS232 adapters!

If you can't solder at all, and need to use the Communicator thing
to get all the right plugs that connect together, you'd want to be
aiming for a true RS232 USB serial dongle which provides -/+ 10-12Volt signals,
and never connect that to a CD32 without the Communicator.
This is difficult again because they all call themselves RS232
