WinUAE is slow in Win10?

Yep. As the title says winuae is bloody slow in win10. the avg fps i'm getting is 2-24 and even if tinkering with the settings I managed to get to 50fps but its still very slow.

No, it isn't. It's slow in your setup.
Describe your system more. It's probably a DirectDraw/DirectX issue, or video driver related.

It's an Atom PC with 2gigs of RAM. WinUAE worked flawlessly in 8.1 but not in 10.

Which gfx card is in there? For instance, I have a laptop with AMD R7 graphics which when used with Win10 crawls almost to a halt - but in 8.1 it flies. Turns out the AMD drivers for their ATI cards have serious bugs in Windows 10, and downgrading a few versions fixes it.

D.

Check the Host->Miscellaneous tab for the graphics API setting is it set to Direct3D or DirectDraw. Try changing it and see what happens. Sounds like the Intel Graphics is your problem.

DirectDraw + Some Windows 8.x or newer drivers/hardware: horribly slow performance in fullscreen. Perhaps more.
