Video recording in WinUAE is generally not very reliable. Sometimes you get an output file, sometimes you don't, sometimes the audio turns off when you start recording etc.

The best bet is really to use an external software with hardware-accelerated encoding.
I tried the inno Codec and that one WORKS. Though it is a little laggy when playing wheras the TSCC codec was never laggy. Still confused as to why I cannot get the TSCC Codec working?

PROBLEM SOLVED....

Uninstalled Version 8 of Camtsia. Reinstalled my old version of Camtasia Version 7. Now the codec works fine. I can use it without any issue. It seems the codec supplied in version 8 of Camtasia was having issues on my PC.

Live and learn.

Now moving on...
