Multiresolution in latest versions

Hi folks!

I follow you since a lot of time and I must say I've learnt very much about the emulation of this fantastic and special platform.

I'm going to use native resolutions in a CRT TV with a VGA to RGB cable and I would like to know if is possible to use the multiresolution option (gfx_fullscreen_multi) in the latest version of WinUAE. I know this option works in v2.3.3 but I read that was deprecated after that version.

Thank you in advance and sorry for my English.

Hi Toni!

I'm trying to replicate the Amiga video in a CRT TV using a VGA to RGB cable. I would like WinUAE automatically change the resolution: from lowres to hires/hires-laced, etc. something like groovy mame does.

I've read WinUAE supported that functionality till 2.3.3 with the option gfx_fullscreen_multi, in my case it would be:

gfx_fullscreen_multi=360x288,360x576,720x288,720x5 76,1280x288,1280x576

----
Complete gfx config - PAL:

cpu_cycle_exact=true

chipset_refreshrate=49.920410
displaydata_pal=49.920410,locked,pal

gfx_display=1
gfx_framerate=1
gfx_width=720
gfx_height=568
gfx_top_windowed=0
gfx_left_windowed=0
gfx_width_windowed=720
gfx_height_windowed=568
gfx_width_fullscreen=720
gfx_height_fullscreen=576
gfx_refreshrate=50
gfx_autoresolution=true
gfx_backbuffers=2
gfx_vsync=true
gfx_vsyncmode=normal
gfx_vsync_picasso=false
gfx_vsyncmode_picasso=normal
gfx_lores=false
gfx_resolution=hires
gfx_lores_mode=normal
gfx_flickerfixer=false
gfx_linemode=double
gfx_fullscreen_amiga=true
gfx_fullscreen_multi=360x288,360x576,720x288,720x5 76,1280x288,1280x576
gfx_fullscreen_picasso=false
gfx_center_horizontal=smart
gfx_center_vertical=none
gfx_colour_mode=32bit
gfx_blacker_than_black=false
gfx_api=directdraw
gfx_filter_autoscale=none
-----

Maybe I'm wrong and there is another easy way to do it.

Thai you and cheers.
