Dataflyer 500

I have been looking for a HD expansion for my A500 and somebody on the net offered me an external dataflyer 500 scsi with power supply for $45 + shipping (105mb quantum drive included).

Is this is a good deal? Also what would the optional dataflyer ram card cost so I can add 8mb of ram to the unit?

I am in the USA so if you know a better deal or have a unit to sell please let me know.

You can find more information about the piece of hardware here:

http://www.amiga-hardware.com/dataflyer.html

Its a mediocore deal, its a shame it needs some proprietory "ram card", which could be hard to you'd have to check it out and see if you can find one first.

I'd try to find a device that has ram already in it or uses stock 30 pin ram. Check out the web page above and browse through the hardware it lists.

cheers.
