Any chance Fatal noise could be released?

Looking at the Fatal Noise video on YouTube. Looked really promising and there looks like a lot of its finished?

Does anyone think this could be potentially finished one day? Maybe it could be picked up by a different team of people. Do the original files still exist?

It would be great to have another quality beatem up on the Amiga. There's not a lot of them.

Interesting. It looks like fatal fury/king of fighters clone.
How complete was it? Indeed does anyone know where the source code might be?

This may be the programmer https://www.linkedin.com/profile/vie...drea%20carboni

Towards the bottom of his C.V it mentions consultancy for c64 and Amiga games.

It seems to have a better gfx engine than Fighting Spirit, great stuff! Too bad it was never completed.

I wonder if Andrea Carboni has the source code lying around and if hes willing to release it so others can finish it? I'm going to see if Amiga Lore still have his contact info.

It would be similar to how Putty Squad saw the light of day. Sort of

If we are sure that he's the guy on Linkedin, you could try to contact him even there...

Found him here:
https://www.linkedin.com/pub/andrea-carboni/3/766/1a3

Registered with the stupid site so I could email him. Then they want me to join a free trail just to use the email.

Bloody annoying.

Gonna contact Amiga Lore and try and go that route.

I can contact him since we are in the same "network"...
I'll ask him his email and if he agreed I will give it to you by PM so that you can write directly to him. I will let you know something as soon as I have some news...

Thanks livius76. I got hold of Adrian Simon over at Amiga Lore as he had his email address when he did his interview with Andrea Carboni.

Adrian just got back to me to let me know that the email bounced, meaning that he changed his email address...

Hopefully you will have more luck

Let's hope he get's back in touch. Wonder if he has the source code though there would maybe still be quite a bit of work to finish the game.
