Crash changing screenmodes

Hey all.

I just received my OS4.1FE CD and installed it in WinUAE 3.0.

Everything was working great (albet a bit slow), but when I shut it down and restarted the next day, the screen prefs were all wonked out and I had to reload the monitor files in DEVS:

After that I wanted to change the theme and went in to presets and loaded the 'Default 800x600 no hwaccl' and every time I try to switch WinUAE crashes (no matter which theme I use).

Log(x2) and dmp files attached - wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction to get this fixed as the screen resolution really sucks now (leaves artifacts all over the place).

Thanks in advance!
