You can probably use RawDIC and decode the disk image by hand. MFMWarp is likely to have gotten all the data, but just can't write it down properly.

EDIT: Just checked it out, MFMWarp file appears to be fine.

Track 00-01 Standard AmigaDOS
Track 01-59 Custom format, but $1600 size tracks, Sync=$8951
Track 60-79 Custom format, but $1600 size tracks, Sync=$4489

Rest of disk appears to be unused, I've looked at the decoded data, and it looks perfectly intact, can see lots of text strings, and I was able to find another loader in the data to extract the Sync mark for tracks 01-59

Yep, I've tested with a RawDIC imager, all tracks have a correct checksum.
And the disk protection checks the track size in bit-length.

Does this mean that mfm image is corrupted?

No, it means that the MFM image is fine.

Then why doesn't it work? Maybe the source disk was corrupted?

What other options do we have?

No, quite the opposite.

Although MFMWarp can successfully read and store the MFM data, it can't write it out properly to a physical disk, however, we are able to decode the information from the MFMWarp file without writing to a disk and outputting directly to a disk image.

The only think Psygore needs to do now (as I have ZERO interest in educational software) is replace the relevant loaders within the 'game' and he can produce a 100% cracked ADF of it.

The track sizes are standard AmigaDOS sized, it doesn't use all the disk, so producing a working crack from that MFMWarp you provided is a piece of cake.

Enough data was left bare that I was able to build a RawDIC imager to successfully decode the disk, the rest is easy street.

You just turned me into technical amoeba with all this. Even though you used simple language.

What i understood is it can be done and ... that's it. Anyone up for this?

PS. I have also low interest in educational software, but this one has a sentimental value for me (well this and Historia Polski by Alderan).

I've uploaded the extended adf file to use with WinUAE in The Zone.
I've only tested a bit, the disk protection seems to be ok.

Psygore uploaded it to the Zone. Choose HD disk instead of DD.

The Zone! on EAB? I have no access to this.

I'm glad I can help. Unfortunetly I do not have that soft from Alderan. Maybe zeku find it somewhere. And maybe Psygore or someone else find free time to prepare WHDLoad slave. I still have opinion that playing from adfs is masochizm. Ofcourse in case when are other options like HD versions.
