WinUAE 3.0.0 installer digital signature

I Just downloaded the WinUAE 3.0.0 MSI installer. On my system (Windows Vista SP2), opening file properties and showing info for the digital certificate says "The digital signature of the object did not verify." Signer information Name does show Cloanto Corporation.

On running the installer (right click, choose Install), a dialog appears titled Open File - Security Warning, with this text:
The publisher could not be verified. Are you sure you want to run this software?
Name: [xxx]
Publisher: Unknown Publisher
Type: Windows Installer Package

Is that supposed to happen? Is there something wrong with the certificate Cloanto used to sign the installer?

Edit: the signature of winuae.exe seems okay, it's just the installer signature which seems to be defective somehow.
