Any idea if aca 1220 type cards will be back?

Missed the last run from Amigakit and want to kit out my A1200 with an entry level ACA card (much like the 1220?)

The 80-90 bracket was within my budget as the 1233 is a bit too pricey for me at the moment.

Any ideas?
Cheers

There's this one on e-bay http://www.ebay.ie/itm/Amiga-1200-Ac...-/131379919931

This guy seems reputable. I got my cfcard from him. Not sure if this is a good choice though. Someone else here might know.

Hi, I have an ACA1220 that has been sitting in the box since I bought it. I only opened the box to see that it was inside.
I should sell that and all the other retro parts, since I never seem to have time to manage my hardware projects.

If you want it, just make me a reasonable offer.

That card is just a normal 8MB RAM expansion, not PCMCIA friendly if you use more than 4MB.

The ACA1220 comes instead with a full 020 (which makes it PCMCIA friendly) and 128MBs of blisteringly-fast RAM!

I wouldn't pay 75 for an 8mb Ram board, they go much cheaper at Amibay (40-60 depending on whether they have an FPU or you might even be lucky and pick up an Apollo or Blizzard 1220 in that range)

I agree the ACA1220 is a good buy if you can get one, have you tried other Amiga resellers mentioned on Jen's Website:

LOL 75 quids for FAST RAM, that's insane! HINT: do not buy any hardware now, prices went high during holiday season! Wait until the end of the month/early January.

Well you search for Blizzard 1220 or Apollo 1220 on AmiBay, usually they sell around 70-80 euro. The only drawback is they come with 4 MB of FAST RAM. Although 90% of my games and apps worked fine. You could probably add more mem using PCMCIA SRAM like Sakura.
