Is this really a rare model A500?

It's 300€ :/ In a Finnish "ebay".

Says it's a special model only 10000 made. True or not? Could someone confirm?

It is a limited edition but I don't know the figures. There's two types and they are German as far as I remember.

It a special edition case design by the German Stefanie Tücking. Nothing special, hardware-wise.

Is it painted or some kind of stickers? Because today you can print stickers easily and disguise standard Amiga

Painted, but only the top of the case. Looks indeed ugly as hell.

If the artist involved ever becomes wildly famous then I am sure these A500s would rocket in value.

Imagine if Warhol had painted a few!

Well, Stefanie Tücking was quite known and successful here in Germany in the 80s. She moderated a music show back in the 80s which was quite successful and which I and many others enjoyed. However, she shouldn't have tried to "design" Amigas. Ever!

The design looks very in-line with eighties fashion/styling. Strong electric colours, sharp angles and shapes. It probably didn't look quite so bad at the time. Eighties fashion hasn't aged well.

Nice Amiga in nice condition, but nice price would be 1/10 of that. Almost nobody liked this special edition even when it was fresh new. Rare or not, the price is out of reality.
