No idea - just use an original imho
The disk itself is "good" - I checked with the analyser, so it is the data that has been messed with.

Not sure why how DM is a copy as it's been in my originals box for years, can't ever remember having an issue with it! I played the CTR dump of it for over an hour last night without issue, didn't save though!

I'll try Deep Core again when I get the disks of my mate, will try dumping on the A1200 and DTC.

DM was completely rewritten with a stock Amiga - who knows when and why... only the protection track is untouched.

No need to redump Deep Core at all - it works perfectly when converted with the development version of DTC.
Additionally, the CTR file sizes are like half of what you get with DTC v2.20...!
4.0, 4.9, 3.9 MB vs 7.0, 9.3, 7.0 MB

Well, if the protection track on DM is still original then it'll play just fine! Once I get an IPF of the untouched original I can copy it back over

So we have to wait for the new DTC to get Deep Core working, any idea how long or is it 'coming soon'

excellent, and yes Mr Vince, whdload is an extremely useful tool, because if an original is good, the game will install (otherwise it can be also a buggy imager or an unsupported release).

Rawdic imager and DIC imager are the way to go

I've asked MrVince to do some regression tests, if they pass then "coming soon"

New IPF decoder ("capslib") supports loading of raw files

If that would be true why do you use the Analyser?

Before that... Lunch... Putting kids to bed.

Then packing some KryoFlux orders. Then setting up A50. Then... Testing.

Do you really want me to speak about this subject ? Nah

RAWDIC is a rawdic imager. if an original RAW file has an error, the imager for whdload for say 'error in track, checksum error, etc'.

It's a sort of security we have added to what we have already

It's not a replacement to the analyser, just a plus

Denis,
Atari ST this time:
Do you have Powerdrift?
If yes, please upload a KF dump of it to the FTP.

Just in case you were wondering: try converting BarryB's Deep Core dump again

Unfortunately my Deep Core stream has a broken disk 2 (and possibly 3), so it's still not working for me using DTC 2.40.
And I can't re-image the disks because I sent the original disks to Denis.
Disk 1 image seems to be good though.

I am sure BarryB's disks on the other hand are in a good shape, so maybe he could chime in?

I apologize for not being able to dump right now Deep Core (i'm dumping many games in KF stream files for CPC games, in order to upload on SPS server )

It would be a good idea to check if the setup is still working by uploading a few testdumps first - those CPC drives can be quite painful

No need for that, I know you're quite busy with the CPC stuff.

My KStream dumps are good, i have been successfully generating Edsk with Protections with no errors So you'll be able to do the same with the CT Analyser

By the way Steve, i will upload a game protected by KBI-19 sectors.
I need your advise to know if the track is 9728 bytes or 4608 bytes
