How to play CD32 from Image?

Hi guy, I have a question that I don't know if there is an answer too.

First of, .ISO files work so I can play Simon the Sorcerer and Lost Vikings from my hard-drive. But, not all CD rips are .ISOs.

I have a few CDs that come back as sets of files:
.CCD .CUE .IMG .SUB for example.

WinUAE doesn't seem to want to read just one file
.CUE .ISO seems to be alright, it just delete the .CUE and the .ISO works on its own.

Playing Simon the sorcerer from CD was slower and glitched during loading, like my CD32 never did but I can get the game to play much smoother :s
So is there a way to convert everything into .ISO or another solution?

Thanks for your time

Select .cue file. Valid cue (it is text file) contains references to .iso/.wav/.bin/.img/whatever files that comes with .cue.
