Hello and help!

Hi, newbie here so I thought I'd say hello

I owned a couple of amigas back in the early 90s and was thinking how good it would be to play some of the games again. So I wondered if I could run an emulator on a Samsung Galaxy tablet. Ive got uae4all2 installed and purchased the amiga forever essentials app for the kickstart roms. These seem to work ok but im just having a bit of trouble sourcing games and getting them to download onto the tablet. Has anyone else tried this and have some words of advice?

Thanks in advance

Hi johnnyh, and welcome to EAB!

I've renamed your thread and moved it to the New to Emulation or Amiga scene forum to give you a better chance of replies to your technical questions.

Hi johnnyh, welcome to the forums .

Concerning the tablet, I have none to test it on. However, you might be able to clarify the issue for someone else who may help in specifics, or I might be able to guess with more information. Is the issue getting the disk images onto the tablet (or a specific directory), or is the issue selecting the images in the emulator once they are downloaded? From what you wrote it seems to be the first case.

If so, are you trying to download the images through a regular tablet browser, or are you using a download interface on an app? Do any error messages appear in that process?
