Help with UK shipping

I've recieved this e-mail, and I need some help:

According to www.parcelforce.co.uk, a parcel weighing 23kgs, the cost
would be £173.70 UK Pounds sterling!!!! This seems absolutely
ridiculous to me and way too expensive. Perhaps you know of another
company that would deliver for a more reasonable price?

So, do you guys know a better way to send 23kg of Amiga material to Brazil????

Also, if you are prepared to wait longer for the parcel, then its cheaper to send.

There is no other way.. Parcel Force is fucking expensive, and the only way to use Royal Mail is with packages below 2 kilogram.

If I am going to blow this much cash, I would use UPS instead.

About shipping with eBay sellers... even if the auction says "I will only ship to *blahblah*", send the seller an email. He might agree to ship to you if you two find the right method for shipping/payment.
