Mate, he can't even send a simple progress email so I doubt he's going to setup a video camera and start filming his progress then edit it and upload it to youtube FFS!

Thats disgusting behaviour. If he couldn't ship he should have refunded your cash.

@BarryB what century are u from? :-) Any cheap ass phone can record videos and publish to youtube with a few clicks.
I can totally see how people have given up on this guy.. if he somehow manages to complete his project, how is he going to sell the stuff if he's too "shy" to talk to people. (Who is this guy, RainMan??)

@hardStep I have no idea.. Where did you hear that people have received scanjugglers?&lt;br /&gt;<br />
If there's an FPGA on it that isnt baked (and im pretty sure its not) then its possible (although not trivial for average Joe) to continuously update it with improved code..and the way things have been going, it would -by now - probably be the only option left from the dev's point of view..

I simply cannot believe that some people have paid for this and not yet received it. Shame on the guy who's taken cash off them and not delivered, and shame on the idiots apologising for him....

My offer of supplying Indivision AGA MK2 for a good price has not been taken. I wasn't contacted by anyone, although it's safe to assume that the information was transported to the right person(s).

I think Dezz is a thief and a person without caracter, he should be honest enough to give his face an say that he doesn't have the skill and should offer a solution for the paying people.

Probably.

If you're within the UK filing a Section 75 for goods that are undelivered has a time out of 120-days. Credit cards come under the same rule.

Then there's the option of legal action (which would cost a small fortune).

Sorry for everyone all, I don't want to steal this topic but this is important for me.
Thanks.

Was that an offer to buy one Indivision for himself? Dont think thats why one goes and tries to build an advanced piece of hardware ;-)
My guess is he felt he could build something similar that doesnt cost as much as the Indivision. The 233 price tag for the A4000/CD32 version is.... well..

Let me put it this way. For 100 I got a brand new multisync monitor that shows 15kHz up to 31kHz ;-)
