It's all about using totally obso-1337 computers

Anyway, quick update.. there isn't one. Haven't loaded the code for some time now, recent exploits (see other recent thread) and the impending doom of Easter demo party means I'm currently, tracking, producing and even coding some 68000 sample generators..

Once we've got easter out of the way I'll look at tidying this little project up into a slightly releasable thing..

Yeah, and also I got to work on the UI, so, I have also been slacking on this project :P
I'll try to get stuff ready for Easter time, as I do not know if I'll be working in demo stuff for Revision yet... but even if I do I should be able to do both things, I believe.

Sorry guys, I stupidly skimmed over the thread before making my posts and didn't realise this software was intended for doing live sets. I apologise to the people involved for any offence caused and wish you the best of luck with the project, hope to see it in action at this years syntax party!

I don't think I've ever seen an A1200 looking so damn cool.

Very much looking forward to this now I've actually caught a glimpse of it

Looking for reasons to move away from tradition music production and DJing. What better tool eh?

Well I finally used it for a live ProTracker set this weekend. Thankfully I got to swap out my A600 for an A1200 the day before so the sound quality and sync matched much better. The setup was an Allen & Heath xone:62 mixer with filters and an Alesis QuadraVerb for a bit of echo business. The rest is the PT1210 software playing my own modules, most of it the new stuff I've written since 2010 but there's a few oldies added in there for good measure. The set is right at the bottom of the list.

I'll do a track list at some point.

I'm gonna give it its first public fire baptism this Friday at Superbyte. Preliminary tests have been great.
Will post here when it's over!

I made a new mixtape using the latest version of the tool. As the software advances, it gets smoother and more flawless, allowing us to make more solid sets!

I am quite happy with the result of this one.
Here's the link to listen to it and/or download it!
