Anyone had problems with Serenade?

I got the Serenade pack from Akira (Thanx Twistin ), but I am having trouble with it.

If I just use the 3.5 version, the thing works, but every time I open a new window, all open windows flash twice, which's really odd. And also I get no cool clock.

If I use the 3.1/3.5 hybrid from Akira (i.e. , install 3.5, and point the SHELL to the 3.1 version), I got the following error when starting the system: "Can't open module (minimize)".

And then the clock shows up in fucked up colours, but if I try to open the menu, it says "Can't find !menu"

Anyone has any ideas? It looks like I will have to stay with explorer.exe

The worse is that I liked the whole idea of Serenade.

I am even thinking about getting version 5 or something

Version 5 is bloat.
Serenade is a shell replacement for Windows...

Watch it with those statements Akira or a Microsoft headhunter will come and forcibly hire you to be in tech support since that's the kind of spirit they've been searching for for a long time.

I can't. You know (oh, well, probably not), in Brasilia buildings can only have 6 floors.
